Fold-out map shows single tear (repaired) from hinge, without loss and 1 further small tear to fold. Page block edges are lightly toned and foxed. Very Good condition. Seventeenth edition (1938) of the Directory, giving full a directory of towns and villages. Further sections detail local geology, Durham County Council members, county constabulary members, county magistrates, private residents and trades.
