Humorous songs and verses by the Geordie Bard himself, who sang and wrote in his native dialect. Wilson (1841-1875) performed at concert halls in the mid nineteenth century, and his most famous work is “Keep yer feet still Geordie Hinny”, which has stood the test of time and is frequently performed in North East England today.
