FIRST EDITION. Quarto, pp xix, [3], 538. Illustrated throughout including maps. Black cloth with gilt titles to spine in unclipped pictorial dust-jacket. Lower corners bumped otherwise a very clean copy; no annotation or inscriptions. Jacket a little creased at lower corners (corresponding to bump) with minor rubbing to head of spine. Overall a Very Good copy in like jacket.
