Publisher's purple cloth with gilt titles to spine, gilt angel harpist motif to upper board and border and foliate decoration in blind to boards. Black endpapers. Spine and part of lower board sunned with a couple of minor nicks head of spine, otherwise clean & bright. Inner hinges cracked but holding; bookplate of Leonard G Winter to front pastedown. A little foxing, mainly to endpapers and textblock edge, otherwise a clean tight copy of the standard work on the subject.
