Very faint marks to cover cloth where it brushes slipcase; stamped to title page: “Kindly donated in 2015 to St Mary’s RC Church Loughborough by Graham and Mary Embleton” otherwise contents clean and bright. Slipcase lightly surface soiled, with mark where label has been removed. A Near Fine copy in Very Good slipcase. Pascal’s classic seventeenth century text, accompanied by illustrations of the Life of Jesus in the stained glass windows of Strasbourg Cathedral, and commentaries on the text and the glass.
