Prize binding. Octavo, pp xxiv,850. Frontispiece, facsimiles of 3 original wrappers and numerous engravings in text by the Author. Maroon full polished calf by Bickers & Son of Leicester with 5 raised bands, gilt titles and decoration to compartments, double gilt ruled border to boards and gilt school crest to upper board. All edges marbled; marbled endpapers. Spine lightly sunned otherwise in superb condition. Royal Grammar School printed prize plate to front pastedown dated 1912-13, completed in ink; contents clean and crisp. Near Fine.
